A state-wide study in Punjab, India, evaluated Thermalytix, an AI tool for breast cancer screening, addressing challenges in resource-constrained settings. Over 18 months, 15,069 women were screened, with 27 confirmed cases of breast cancer. The study achieved a detection rate of 0.18% and showed Thermalytix's potential as an effective, low-cost, and non-invasive alternative to traditional methods, enhancing cancer detection and timely treatment initiation among women aged 30 and above.
