Nvidia showcased its future Rubin Ultra GPUs and Kyber rack infrastructure at GTC 2025, set to launch in late 2027. The innovative racks will consume up to 600kW each and significantly increase GPU density, with Rubin Ultra racks housing 576 GPUs per unit. This technology promises to deliver up to 15 EFLOPS of performance. Nvidia aims to advance AI infrastructure, anticipating future data centers may require multi-megawatt power capacities.
